"Spoke with Ana on the phone…. Absolute pleasure, enthusiastic, cheerful and very good salesperson. She pulled out all the stops… I’m just a very hard consumer but that’s no fault of her own. My call had to do with a charge on my account that I did not agree with and she handled it beautifully. At the end of the call I was satisfied with the results. Still don’t agree with the rates overall that I am being charged for my auto insurance on 4 vehicles after being with the company since 1991, however, Ana was great and explained many other things to me. She also gave me good news regarding some discounts and money back that is coming in the pipeline. Will need to wait and see how that changes my perception on the overall rates.
